Orders & Shipping


Q: How long until my order ships?
We do our very best to get your packages delivered to you as fast as possible! Our goal is to have all orders processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from when the order is received. Consequently, you can usually expect your package 2-6 business days after your order has shipped.

During the holidays or high order volume seasons, it can take between 7-10 business days due to the seasonal busyness.

Note that we will do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee that the USPS or other delivery services will deliver according to their suggested time frames. ***Note*** Due to the current global pandemic shipping maybe delayed. 


Q: How long before my order arrives?

Q: What can I do if my package lost, stolen or damaged? ​Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

To avoid the inconvenience of lost or stolen packages, we suggest having packages shipped to your work address, if possible.​

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products and services there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We do not accept returns or issue store credit based on buyers remorse. On a case by case basis, if management approves a refund or order cancellation a 15% restock fee will be applied.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, We currently only ship within the U.S.

Q: How do I use a coupon code or gift card?
After adding items to your cart, continue to checkout. On the Customer Information page, enter your coupon or gift certificate code in the respective "Gift card or discount code" box and then click "Apply".


Q: When I order a gift, can you include a note to the recipient from me?
Yes, we would be glad to include a personal note from you to the recipient. When you enter your gift selections, the last text box says, “Sending a gift? Write a personal note.” Enter your note into that text box and our shipping team will transpose your note onto one of our gift cards.
